Physics, then finance, then the circus. The maths held throughout.

Financial markets practitioner, business leader and occasional teacher, based in Denver after 27 years in Asia. Started as a quant, ran research and strategy at Nomura, CLSA, Daiwa and Hex Trust, then spent three years as Chief Executive of an animal-free travelling circus, which has a tent and arguably fewer clowns than an investment firm. Teaches risk, decision making, fintech and ethics at business schools across Asia, Europe and the United States, and co-created C-Suite Life with Haydn Pound.
